CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and 24 hour notice policies: Blinktherapy understands that special circumstances are unavoidable and cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, I request a 24 notice. Clients who do not honor their appointments may be charged a cancellation fee as follows: •24 hour notice: service(s) may be cancelled without charge. •failure to show: the entire service(s) will be charged. •cancellation under 24 hours notice: services subject to charge up to the full amount of service(s). Failure to pay within 24 hrs will be blocked from online booking and no longer accepted as a client. This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client in, in turn, and enables a higher availability of services for you as well as others while ensuring a steady income for blinktherapy. Clients who consistently offend this policy will be referred elsewhere.
